- Housing allowance for C-Band employees will increase by 6.5% in years 1, 2 and 3.
- The standby allowance for the C-Band employees will increase from 5% to 5.5% as of 1 April 2023.
- Shift allowances (rotation, and permanent afternoon and night) will increase when the basic wage increases.
