The UASA Specialist Division team held a constructive sector meeting with Rand Water Shop-Stewards at UASA Head Office. The meeting, facilitated by Specialist Division, Divisional Manager Ryan Dalton and Sector Manager Rick Grobler, focused on current member challenges, disputes in progress and forward-looking strategies to ensure stronger outcomes for workers.
Meetings like these keep us ahead of the curve by ensuring that our shop stewards are fully equipped to represent members’ interests with confidence, knowledge and an understanding of the sector’s challenges and affairs.
UASA’s proactive approach ensures that members in every sector benefit from strategic planning and decisive action. By engaging directly with shop stewards, UASA continues to strengthen its role as a trusted labour partner to workers, always anticipating change and positioning itself to effectively protect and promote member interests.
