The fuel price decrease that becomes effective tomorrow morning will bring more relief to cash-strapped South Africans who want to travel and do shopping ahead of the Festive season.
The price of both grades of petrol will drop with 27 cents a litre and diesel with 12 cents a litre.
The wholesale price of illuminating paraffin will increase with 15 cents a litre, which will put extra pressure on the poorest of the poor.
UASA encourages South Africans to use any savings on fuel wisely especially with the festive season around the corner and the January expenses for parents with school-going children not far behind.
